Can I Operate Slides With the Engine Off?

I would follow what the manual says. My Monaco wants engine off and ignition off. In fact, I don't think the slides will extend if the ignition is on, but all that matters is what your manual says. I made up a little sop sheet that spells out the common procedures that are done when at camp and when preparing to leave. For example on my coach the slides go out before the coach is leveled. They are all a little different.
