We had a Class C (back in late '90s up until about 2005) a '96 bough in '97. It was a small one, no rear bed, only the overhead & two side ones. Haven't done any looking lately. I've always like smaller RVs and would think you could find what you are asking for.
You didn't mention slides, seems with slides one can get more room with a shorter wheel base. I know kind of dumb statement. Not nuclear science, ha! Anyway, are you in favor of a slide or slides.....
Back when I was looking at RVs, seems they had a small C with rear beds. Seems one or two might have been a larger B-Class.....at least it had a Sprinter cab & power train.
B-Class:
Might be too small & pricey - no queen bed
Queen Bed in Small Unit - Pricey
One feature I didn't like with or C-Class was it was so high profiled. More head room than anyone would ever need. More to have to cut the wind with.
