- EffyExplorer IIThere was an actual bus designed like this in Asia that was to go into production. Once complete the idea never took off and it just sat never used. They have since abandoned the idea. Another plan that looks good on paper but wrought with issues in the real world. Neat but totally impractical.
- mowermechExplorerOh, my, the lawsuits if one of the vehicles being overtaken was scraped!
To answer the OP question, being moderately knowledgeable about hydraulic drive systems, no, it can not be towed unless there is a provision built into the drive to release pressure and recirculate the fluid, or a way to disconnect the drive motors. Both, by the way, are readily available. - mike_brezExplorer

Photoshop is great. No way do I believe that is real.
It's real - Mr_Mark1ExplorerCrasster, it was on the Today show yesterday morning live on TV in Rockefeller center in NYC.
One of the morning cast members sat in the passenger seat while a guy drove it. It was raised and they drove over several cars.

- Mr_Mark1ExplorerSaw that on the news this morning! LOL!
Not sure why someone would want that feature. Can you imagine someone driving over you in traffic?
Safe travels,
MM. - EffyExplorer III think you raise it high enough to sit on the roof.
- Dutch_12078Explorer IIINo, it must be towed 4-UP to keep the tow bar level... ;)
