Try this in a pinch if there are two of you. Start the toad up and pull the rv backwards. If you have to put the rv in reverse versus neutral just keep a tiny bit of tension using the rv brake.
When backing a boat down a ramp I put the vehicle in neutral and let the boat pull me back. Goes straight as an arrow if I leave the steering wheel alone.
And as a side note., My business partner backed his up a few feet to reach the fuel pumps at a station., Down the road he said the toad tried to pass him. He saw it in the rear view mirrors. Good thing for safety chains.
