HOM, once you start digging around and compare top of the line coach chassis's to regular coaches, you will see the difference. Now, it may not be a difference that you want to pay for but there is a reason why a Prevost chassis alone, an empty shell from the factory, is $500,000- $750,000 (depending on how many factory installed slides).
I don't know about the financing part, I've heard 10 yrs. is the normal cut-off but it could depend on the coach. Prevost's can go 1,000,000 miles easy so that might make a difference in the eyes of the banker.
