Hom.....It sounds like you'll drive from one place to another and park. Some of the differences between (for example) the Newmar line is horse power. Expensive coach = big engine and better chassis. Unless you're a power freak, maybe something in the same length at a lower level will have the power you need.
Next item....the more expensive, the more glitz and glamour. I like a nicely appointed coach, but never really cared for some of the outrageous stuff they do on the ceilings. I couldn't afford one, but if I could, I would have it toned down.
Lastly...electronics. My Dutch Star has nice electronics and are easy to operate. You get into the upper end coaches and you get tablet computers that do just about everything in the coach, but turn down your bed.
You need to decide what level will make you comfortable. Keep in mind that you'll be staring at your lovely spouse for 8 months in a much smaller room than you're use to. Make sure the coach is big and roomy so you can get some separation when needed.
