Can you use a generator in Yosemite valley campgrounds
Yosemite Valley campgrounds have no hookups I was wondering if you can use a generator?

Well SkiPro3, if I was camping next to you and you ran your generator outside of the generator allowed hours, you would be talking to the Ranger. As the web site states-Generator use is allowed, but only between 7 am and 9 am, noon and 2 pm, and 5 pm to 7 pm. Generator use is not allowed at other times.
Your post could be read to make someone believe that you are exempt from following the rules. If I misread that I am sorry. Maybe they didn't like your gen during the allowed hours.
