cant seem to find a clas C under 29ft reasonable

We also had a hard time a few years back finding what we wanted. Like you we were looking for a short class C with a slide, but we also wanted a 2005 or newer on the Ford E450 chassis because of the 5 speed transmission and extra load capacity of the E450. Seems like there were tons of class Cs 27 feet and longer, but very few short ones, especially with a slide out, available. We eventually found what we were looking for, but I had to travel to San Diego to get it.
