OFDPOS, we went through the same process. We decided to buy new because we could not find one used that seemed worth it.
The Nexus are very highly thought of, they seem to be well built. As a point of reference, you can buy a 2015 Sunseeker 2300 like my 2014 for under $52K, if you shop around. That won't be the asking price, you'll have to work them down. Get a price from RVDirect.com as a starting point. It's very similar to the Nexus 23P. Not quite the build quality but I think it's better than some of the other entry level brands. As a company they do put a lot of effort into continuous improvements.
