Can't wait for a Class B, might just get a van

Pros and Cons as I see it.

You can probably buy a van a lot cheaper than a class B, but it will not be a class B and will not have all the amenities. Good thing is, if you are a DIY person, you can add onto your van as time/money permits and build what you need when you can afford it. Can become a money pit if you let it. When you are done though, you might have something you may want to keep, or you can sell to upgrade to what you want.
