I missed the part about payments. Definitely do not buy anything else that you need to make psyments on, and pay off the bike asap, whether by selling it or by skimping on other stuff. Loans are a very bad deal for people who are struggling.
With a van, you have to have access to emergency money. If you don't have thst, don't buy a van. What if the van breaks down, you can't afford parts, and the city tows it? Then you are homeless AND you have lost all your stuff.
Make a long term plan. Plan out your savings and purchases for the next 5 years. Look at some alternatives -- what if you make this choice, or this other one? Then what will your finances look like? Think long term.
