No glue needed, this is an interlocking floor that snaps together, and then floats as it expands. Home Depot Trafficmaster Flooring

There are several types sold: one peel and stick, one with a glue surface on the edges that lock together, and the one I used that you angle into place / pushing down causing it lock in place. I know the manufacturer doesn't recommend it for rv installation because of the temperature swing, but I must of read hundreds of posts on the flooring and decided to go with it. As far as your pm question concerning adjusting the slide, to be honest I spent three days of trial and error.
I marked my original settings and then made small adjustments both ways to see which provided better clearance and operations of climbing the hill. I posted these pictures in another thread concerning if anyone knew how to adjust my slide Slide Adjustment?
I believe I have the slide working properly now, but I'm sure a professional could get the sled that slides on the runners I place down when it tips forward two thirds in could kept it off the floor.
I will pm you what little pictures I took of the actual install.

I put this flooring in my basement 6 months ago, and we love it. Looks great, easy to clean, and durable. I think you'll really enjoy it in the coach.

Hope it holds up better than my install on basement floor as the glue on the seams is not holding very well. Floor is dry and seams keep separating.

The anticipation of a upcoming planned trip is an awesome feeling. We can't wait to hit the road again next month for 6+ months of wandering this great country with no specific plan other than looking for good weather in places with good hiking and biking and occasional golf. Yes I have both kinds of slides in the area of the floor. The slide that floats over the floor and is raised there are no issues. The flush or flat floor slide is a whole different story, one of the reasons I picked this floor was how thin it is (but is very sturdy). My carpet was always compressed. I made adjustments on the slide and actually found a corner of the slide floor had come loose. I installed the matching t-molding at the two inch piece of carpet I left for where the floor meets under the slide. The slide now rides over that and about two thirds ways in tilts forward, which would cause the sled to ride along the floor. To prevent any damage I took five pieces of the flooring and I lay them down parallel evenly space down the slide so it rides on them. Once the slide is totally in I could actually remove them if I wanted to, but would have to place them back down to run the slide out. The slide doesn't damage the slide runners (planks) but I just don't want to take a chance on the floor. I'm sure a professional could adjust the slide so it wouldn't touch at all, something I might look into. Right now the slide has never worked better with the adjustment I made, climbs right up the hill with good power.
