Cat 12 vs. C13
I'm looking at a couple of coaches with the 525 HP C-13 engine. One is a 2006 and the other is a 2007. I'm used to my C-12 which is a great engine but I've heard mixed comments on the C-13.
I know the fuel mileage will take a hit but it looks like mid-5's (vs my 8.5) may be more the norm with the C-13 but at least they put in a larger fuel tank so the range should be unaffected.
Are those of you with the C-13 pleased with the engine? Any odd problems or maintenance issues?
