I'm a retired truckdriver! When I was working I had a CAT C-9 motor in my Peterbuilt Semi and, I went 1,200,000 miles before the engine was rebuilt (in frame) the first time. The C-9 engine was then rebuilt two other times before I retired. I guess what I'm trying to tell you is you will wear out the inside of your RV before you wear out that motor. IMHO CAT's were the greatest diesel engines ever built.
