They may not give you the report via em, but I think that at least they can give you the report filing number. That's all you'd need for your insurance company. At least that's all I needed to do with State Farm (years ago though). And, they should be able mail a copy to your home address. You have someone picking up your mail there, right? Or use a forwarding service?

This morning I got the report number that the manager filed for the report he made to the police but it was generic in nature they wanted each person to file a individual report specific to their loss and that's were I am having the difficulty. Tomorrow I will explain everything to the insurance company and see if that will suffice.
