caulking around sink
The caulking around my sink is brown and very sticky. I want to replace it. What type of caulk do I need?

I wouldn't use any caulk for this application. Depending on your type of mount the sink probably has a layer of silicone between the sink and counter, no additional caulk is required. Scrape off the build-up and clean well.
