CCC question - Cargo Carrying Capacity

The UVW is supposed to include full tank of fuel, full oil & coolant. SCWR = number of beds x 154, but I use real weights of occupants; fresh water at 8.3 lbs per gallon including 6 or 10 gal for hot water heater; full propane at 4.2 lbs per gal. So, CCC = GVWR - (UVW+SCWR+LPG+FW). I'll bet someone will let me know if I hashed it up, but that's how I have my spreadsheet set up.
