CG Pics, 8 weeks no reservations, IL-AZ/UT/CO/NM-IL

I know I always get a kick out of trip reports, especially if they are more pictures than words. We are doing a trip in summer with no advance reservations. So far so good, I hope I don't jinx it now...

May 31: Dalton Springs FS CG, above Monticello, Utah. 37.87366,-109.43268. Elevation 8410 feet. Cost $10. This CG probably caters to hikers and OHV users. It was empty, and the water was still off from the winter. There was some snow above us still. Weather was gorgeous.

Mule deer everywhere in the CG, and not very skittish. Deer pics taken through windshield last evening in camp.
