I can't tell you much about it, other than if it is a Chevy Chassis with a 454 in a class A it sounds like it is on the Chevy / Workhorse P30 chassis. This chassis platform had a very long production life, it was first introduced in 1969, and continued in production until about 2005. Of course there were some changes along the way, such as the inclusion front and rear disk brakes...
Thanks!
This one has front Disc and Rear Drum Brakes.
Does anyone have any thoughts/advice on older motorhomes that still run R-12 in the AC or DOT 3 with the brakes? Issues with Ethanol based fuel in these older motorhomes causing issues with the rubber fuel lines, rubber fittings/seals, etc? I wanted to stay after 1993 or so to stay away from older systems. Maybe I am being a little picky? The guy who owns is now says the A/C runs great, but doesn't know if it takes R34 or R12. Brakes were redone by the previous owner in 2015 and they work good but he does run DOT3 in it and is unsure if the lines/etc have been upgraded on the brakes. He also is unsure if the fuels lines have been changed out to account for Ethanol. Things I plan to look at when I go and see it. I don't think they are deal breakers as long as it all checks out.
Any advice?
