Changing serpentine belt, 2000, f53
How is the best way to change belt? From under side, or top? Need tips to make job easier. Thanks, Chuck

Don't know about the Ford but on my WH chassis, I used a ratchet strap to hold the breaker bar to keep tension off of the idler pulley. This allows me to use both hands to position the belt and then I can release the spring loaded idler pulley once everything is in place.
