Changing the fixtures on the shower

Hey guys,
A note to anyone getting an RV that has been sitting for a long period of time without the fridge running. The sediment in the Ammonia tank settles and blocks the flow. I've had the fridge on for 3 days now and just this morning it was cold. It's also quite picky about being level when parked so I'm going to get a better level that I can sit on the glass tray of the fridge when leveling the RV.
Now, about the shower controls....yes the shower backs up to the fridge but it is clear the the shampoo/soap holder that's recessed in the shower is not part of the molded shower itself and I'm going to try and get it out because if I can to that then I can reach around behind and get to the controls. If anyone has ever removed that holder let me know how you got it out.
