Mine looks like the eBay link too. Just got back from checking it as it's right above the inverter and it checked OK.
The control panel inside the RV shows everything to be working correctly and charging. The voltage that comes out of the inverter charger matches the inside too, but the battery voltage at the batteries don't. There has to be something in between causing the loss.
How did you check it?
You must remove it and check continuity or jumper it with a test light while the charger is on.
Have you worked on the battery pack lately?
