Chassis Battery Isolator switch not activating Chassis

Hello I have 92' Class A Diesel Pusher American Eagle on a Spartan Chassis. My Chassis Batteries won't engage at the Isolator Switch in the Main Cabin. Checked Batteries and all battery connections an...

My Intellitec manual says
1) Ignition switch is on. Check to be sure the switched-ignition voltage is zero
2)interlock relay is faulty. Check plug J2, check for 12 volt power feeding switch, at plug J2 pin 8
No 12 volt power to switch, if there is no 12 volts, check Fuse F19.
This is from old Intelltec manual. Not sure if will help but could be blown fuse 19 in battery control center. It is shown as power to the coach battery disconnect.
