Chassis Battery Isolator switch not activating Chassis

Hello I have 92' Class A Diesel Pusher American Eagle on a Spartan Chassis. My Chassis Batteries won't engage at the Isolator Switch in the Main Cabin. Checked Batteries and all battery connections an...

If all battery banks are disconnected and shore power is unplugged and gen is disabled and solar is disabled that should eliminate all power.
