cheap option for powering a bi-pap/cpap machine

I have a bi-pap machine. i'm trying to figure out a cheap/easy way to power it thru the night when travelling on the road. i don't think i want to do the extra marine battery and use an invertor or us...

Instead of investing $40 into a 18 amp hour batter, it is money better spent to spend $75 or so for a group 27 battery - at 105 amp hours. It will add to the RV's ability to dry camp for a longer time, and if you have a generator, will allow for more amp hours to recharge per hour of generator run time.

Getting a ResMed 12 volt CPAP might be kinda expensive though.

$75 is less than what most spend to fill the gas tank.
