I'd suggest the Rio Grande Valley of Texas - Mission, TX area. There are some huge parks there and many parks to choose from. Weather-wise you could stay all year.
Also look into mobile home parks. Some have spots for RVs or if you want to stay year-round, consider purchasing a mobile home. It would give you much better insulation for summer temps and winter.
