Depends on what you call cheap. You might try some places in Florida. Mount Olive Shores in Polk City has RV lots for under $50,000. The only problem you may run into in FL or AZ is that most of the parks cater to retirees. Magnolia Springs RV Park in Foley AL has a lot for sale. Not sure about any age restrictions.
