We owned a double-wide in a park in Florida about 40 miles up i-75 from Tampa, in Brooksville. Prices ran from $7500 to $25000 depending on quality.....lot rent was about $425/month last I heard. We left because I'd become allergic to fire ants as a result of a pygmy rattler bite, and the park wasn't very good at controlling them.......and my medical insurance provider got tired of paying for hospital visits.
