When my great Aunt was in an assisted living home, they used one of those ozone machines to rid the rooms of odor. (older people have accidents). It seemed to work well.
But I can tell you one thing, I would have never walked near that coach if it was a smoker's coach. That smell not only gets in the furniture/walls/fabrics/curtains, it's also gets in the air filters for the dash and roof air units. In my opinion, it can never get fully removed. I would have passed on that unit, JMO.
