Thanks for the input. I researched the code before moving to NV from TX. I believe under 26k is a regular class c license.
I took a look at the above referenced website, which resulted in reviewing the code again.
Based on the Nac I think their website is inaccurate and confusing.
Just interested and curious about others interpretations. I printed out the code to carry in the RV, just in case a reasonable LEO stops and questions, etc. At least I can show them the code and they can go HUH, tooo!
Being a retired Fed LEO for about 15 years+, I am just senile enough to say HUH!. Always try to be Legal.

footnote: When we got the Allegro, I wanted to ensure we were under the special licensing requirements for TX. That's one reason we threw into the hat for not going Diesel, and I am diesel illiterate. But mainly too lazy to go through special licensing. Whole other discussion.
