The Safari Simba toy hauler coach has some features that may be useful for you. I think the garage is big enough for a golf cart plus, depending on options, it can also have a full queen size bed in the front and the rear. The hydraulic lift at the rear is capable of lifting 5000 pounds and may come in handy to lift you and your wheel chair. Here is one that is listed so that you can see the floor plan. This one has four captains chairs but that is an option. The standard unit only has two captains chairs.
