I bought one of the smaller cargo carriers to attach to the back end of my Toad. Amazing all what you can carry on it. Mine was rated for 500 bls.
They also make cargo carriers where the short end drops down as a ramp. No heavy carrier and motor or lift like the wheelchair carriers have which adds a ton of extra weight to the back end. Real inexpensive also.
So let's see......you buy a truck for a toad, put the golf cart inside the truck bed, add a cargo carrier to the truck and add your wheelchair. Whew! I think you are ready to go!!:C
