Except for exit door in bathroom and the wide opening windows, my Class A has everything else you mentioned. most of those things were important to me, especially 2 through 5 as I plan to full time soon. So I only considered Rv's that met 3, 4 and 5. Yes it limited what was available, so I took my time to get what I wanted. FR Georgetown 378Ts.
