Still about tens year away from retiring but I have no regrets becoming and owner. We're going into out sixth year traveling and enjoy every minute on the road. The vacations, be it a weekend or two weeks, have been much more enjoyable in the coach than any other way of taking time off and getting out of the house.
Not including the cost of the coach our trips are much more cost effective then getting on a plane, renting a car, hotel, entertainment, eating out and such. Already have 16 days planned for this summer visiting 13 states (camping in nine), traveling 3700 miles and it should cost me a bit less than $2000 for the two of us. Or I could get on a plane to Disney for four days three nights and spend the same amount and see a small part of Florida but a whole lot of the Disney Compound.
Plus where can you find a hotel with the next room 50 feet or more away that cost $30 a night with a view like this out the front door -

Granted even in early July Lake Superior water was 40 degrees if I want I can always just head south back to Port St Joe, Florida.
