Class A Diesel vs Gas?

Only thing I can add is to echo what everyone else has already said. It already sounds like you have talked yourself into what you want to do. One factor I did not see, and if someone has already mentioned it, please correct me. However, will you be towing something? Most of us do. Although a gasser will probably allow you to tow what you want to, a diesel usually opens up more possibilities and you don't really sacrifice too much more in fuel mileage and performance.

I came out of a Diesel "puller" so a diesel pusher was a natural progression.
