Class A F-53 Chassis OBD Plug In Diagnostic Connector

I have a 2000 REXHALL Rose Air Class A. I cannot find the OBD-2 Diagnostic connector any place. I have looked under the dash .. and under the hood... several times , but no can find. Before this....

Mine was actually held on the right side of the steering column with a couple of screws into the steering column. I took it lose and bolted it under the dash where I can get to it real easy.
