Just to spread the word, if you have a gasser and suspect an engine fire, do not open the doghouse to check. Grab your fire extinguisher and go out front and check. That advice, learned here on this forum, saved our motor home. Once the fire was out (one blast did that) and we continued on our way.
Saw a Fifth wheel and it's truck tow car vehicle burn in Mexico this winter. It burned hot, fast, and complete. You couldn't tell what it was after a few short minutes.
