Reggie, a budget of $26,000 is going to put you in an old diesel coach (late '90's). Nothing wrong with that but a coach in that age range will need a lot of maintenance and/or items are coming to their life's end (TV's, hot water tank, other appliances, etc.). The airbags and other suspension components may need replacement.
If that is your budget, a gas coach will put you in the 2005-2007 range.
