Class A purchasing help - input requested & welcome

That was where my initial thoughts were as well, the Jayco Seneca looks like it fits most of my criteria in that class and there are 2 that i can go look at that are at least "in region". All the ones recommended here are 1/2 to all the way across the US, which is time & money i would prefer not to spend just to look at one.
