How many short 27-34 foot class A diesels have you ben in? I don't understand why you are hung up on miniature coaches when you claim in your criteria you need lots of storage, big shower, space for big dogs. You need to be looking at floor plans that fit what you. not length. Go look at the 38-40 foot range to. You are more likely to find a coach that meets more of your criteria.

that is a good point, and the answer is 2-3. i'm not hung up on mini's , i'm trying to start a conversation here with people who own them and have opinions based on facts vs. folks like me who are looking at spec sheets and ads.
my primary challenge is that NorCal is a wasteland for RV dealers and inventory, so looking at them is difficult at best. went through this when we bought our last TH.
at this point since i'm already in the 36' range i hear you loud and clear and will definitely consider an extra foot or two, no pushback on that at all
Beaver Coach Sales in Bend Oregon has some nice coaches. They are the home of the Beaver but they sell used and new coaches. Even a 40 is ok for most State Parks I've been in. Bigger is always better.
