I think you will be disappointed with the display of 4 cameras on one 7 inch monitor. I have two cameras on rear of coach, one for close up vision of the tow bar and front of toad with the other looking back at the traffic. These are switched via one monitor using the monitor's video selector.
I also have one side view on passenger side going to a separate 7 inch monitor. I find this very helpful. I use the mirrors and then cross check using the monitor. If the 7 inch monitor were displaying 4 cameras at the same time, each display would be so small as to be useless to me.
There's another post here recently where an owner installed three separate 7 inch monitors to have a full time display for left, rear, and right cameras. Check out "virtual 24" rear view mirror" in the link below:
