I will address only the "Comfort to drive" part.. Most all class A's meet that requirement by may standard though some can be improved by a few mods
A motor home tends to be a bit top heavy, this leads to sway (Rocks side to side like fans at a rock concert).. SWAY BARS, some Motor homes come with heavy duty ones, Some do not, heavy duty sway bars are needed.
WAG: with leaf spring suspension it is is possible for the body to move slightly to the right or left over the axle,, If the front moves right while the rear moves left (or the other way around) then they swap (go the other way around) your motor home wags, like a dog's tail.. This leads you to think you are zig-zagging down the road, and to correct, which makes it worse.
Track Bars positively LOCK the body over the center of the axle. Most folks tell you the rear one is more important (Can not argue) I put a front one on (Did the job for me) (I plan on adding the rear later) BIG and I mean BIG difference in driver comfort.
Steering stabilizers, These devices try to keep you going straight down the road. TWO of them can be adjusted from the driver's seat, Mine is the Blue ox True Center (at the time it was the only one that had that remote adjustment feature) the other one (today) Is, I believe, the Safe-T-Steer, others need a wrench, hammer and crawl under the vehicle to adjust the center point.
