Just to see what's available, I did a quick check of the inventory in Mike Thompson's RV in CA who sells Tiffin, Forest River, Fleetwood, Thor, and Itasca. These 2015 models came up for your specs:
- $79,988 - Fleetwood Storm 28F (28' long)
- $69,999 - Fleetwood Storm 28MS (29' long)
If you went down to 27', then there's the Itasca Sunstar 26HE ($70k) and Forest River FR3 25DS ($80k).
Since your budget is low for a new Class A gasser, I'm guessing you'll end up buying within a few hundred miles of where you live, so your choices may be limited.
If that's the case, you'll probably have to adjust your criteria to what's available near you.
