Class B for 3?

Thanks for the work of caution. The newer ones tout 20-22 MPG for the dodge or the Mercedes diesel. Are these numbers inflated?
Not really looking for huge savings on gas per se. What we want is a more nimble RV. We used to vacation a lot in our class A mostly to the beach. Well now that we moved to the beach what we really need is something more nimble to make weekend trips back to MD from NC. Also, I used to park my class A at my house in MD. Can't do that at the new house in NC due to the HOA. So we don't want to quit Rving but we don't really take long vacations like we used to so now our focus has shifted to more of a nimble rv. A Class b seems to offer what we are looking for to make weekend trips back to MD much easier and faster as well as not having to pay for storage. Seems like I could also use it more for daily trips. But while we know we will sacrifice space, we still need 2 decent beds. Funny thing is it looks like I won't be saving any money going to a smaller rv.
