In my opinion, the improved handling (particularly when towing anything with a fair side area to catch the wind) would far outweigh the worse turning radius. The turning radius of any of these class C's is going to be more or less dismal, frankly, but it's something you more or less get used to.
If you plan on using the motorhome to launch the boat, I would suggest looking into getting a front hitch to use for that purpose. Maneuvering the boat on the boat ramp would seem to be so much easier that way, and the long overhang in the back would likely lead to strange angles at times depending on the shape of the ramp.
