Class C on the Palisades Interstate Parkway?

Interesting. Wasn't aware of these parkways. Since the PIP allows buses, it would appear it isn't really a height issue? They also don't allow vehicles with any sort of business/marketing markings on them. Wow - with all the vinyl decals and wraps out there these days, this is a pretty interesting rule. Not sure I get it...
