Drive and simulate living in 22-27 footers. We owned a 23 footer and eventually bought a Tioga 26Q model ( 27 foot bumper to bumper) We didn't like lack of storage and cabinet space and less comfortable sleeping acccomodations in the shorter rig. Climbing out of the overhead bed without waking your partner is hard to do and can be somewhat painful. 27 footers fit in majority of campsites and are seldom a problem to park in restaurant parking lots, malls and tourist attractions. That said, some like 'em short, just don't be intimidated by slightly longer rigs.
