If you are even thinking about towing with it look for a E450. The E350 had less cargo carrying capacity and tow capacity. Plus the E450 has a wider wheel base so handling will be better.

We moved up from a B and we opted for no slides as they add weight, can be a mechanical problem, and lower the cargo carrying capacity. The less motorized things (awning, steps, slides) the better for us. We don't full time and it's only my wife and I so the extra room and weight a slide adds is not worth it to us.
