Weight distribution which ties right in to wheelbase. Stand to the side of the coach and look at it. If the "house" not counting the cabover looks like it's balanced on the rear axle, beware! Rear axle may be overloaded, and not enough % of the total weight on the front axle. Coaches like that wander on the road and of course you don't want to be overloaded on axle and tires before you even start out. Include weighing a prospective coach on a truck stop CAT scale (or DOT if your state doesn't mind).
