If you pull a car behind the MH, all the advantages with setting up go out the window.
If you don't pull a car behind the MH, it's quicker to set up but you have to do it every time you want to go further than a short walk. This is also a hassle if you need to run to the store but wife and kids want to hang out at the campground.
You can get generators, auto leveling and any other toy on either type.
I would look MH if
- You can't stand the idea of driving a truck or you need it for a long distance commute
- You have a toad that is a key part of your experience (ie: you camp to go off roading so you tow a jeep)
- You don't set up much of anything anyway when on a campsite (no stabilizers, no power hook up, no water hook up, no awning etc...) In that case, it's really easy to just turn the key and drive away.
